STD60N Stepper Drive Introduction

The STD60N series stepper servo drive is designed for complex applications such as battery segment applications where typical equipment includes silicon wafer automatic loading and unloading, IV inspection machines, screen printing machines, and battery sheet sorters.

Two EtherCAT Modes

CiA402 Axis Mode

• Standard EtherCAT bus application
• Supports HM, CSP, CSV, PP, PV modes

“No-Axis” Mode (PR Mode – Process Segment Mode)

• The motion (speed) profile is executed by the drive.
• It does not use the SoftMotion axes, allowing control of more units from a single EtherCAT master.

Easy to connect and use

• USB Type-C commissioning interface
• Support power-free parameter reading and writing.
• New InoDriverShop commissioning software for easy step-by-step debugging

Intuitive display

• 3-digit 8-segment LED display shows the current status of the stepper driver and fault alarm messages:
  • Traditional stepper drives use indicator lights to display the current status of the drive and fault information.
