Inovance Technology Korea move to new Seoul HQ due to business growth

Move made as part of a strategic plan to grow to more than double headcount in the next two years

Seoul, South Korea, 19 July 2022 – Inovance Technology Korea has announced that it has shifted its South Korean HQ to a new office in Seoul in order to manage rapid growth, including an ambition to more than double the current number of Inovance Technology Korea employees within two years. The decision to move to an office with capacity to hold a team of at least 30 reflects high confidence from Inovance that there will be significant growth in South Korean new business, and also signals the company’s intent to invest locally for the long term.

The new office contains a significant test and repair center, and Inovance’s high commitment to distributor training is demonstrated via the construction of an up-to-date new training room. Quarterly distributor training sessions will take place, covering both sales and technical aspects, and with a particular focus on product training. Inovance’s wide range of products is a huge benefit to customers, who can use the company as a one-stop-shop for all their automation needs, yet it presents challenges for distributors who have a lot of technical knowledge to master. The company also brings large numbers of new products to market – extensive product training is therefore crucial.

Mr. Sanghyo JUNG, General Manager of Inovance Technology Korea, says: “I view distributor training as one of the most crucial functions of our new offices. To assist the process, we’ve created a set of bespoke technical training kits. I am pleased to say that we started training sessions already with the first taking place on the 3^rd June, with many distributors and system integrators in attendance.”
