INOVANCE OPENS NEW GLOBAL HEADQUARTERS

Shenzhen, China, 28 December 2021 – Industrial automation group Inovance has officially opened its new global headquarters building in Shenzhen, China. Located in the Guanlan high-tech industrial park, the design was created by a firm of German architects and measures 55,000m2.

The building has a unique structure, with a central courtyard area connecting two separate buildings – one six stories high, the other 20 stories high. The contemporary design of the building reflects Inovance’s ambitions to grow into a leading global player in the coming years. The company has dubbed 2022 their “year of internationalization” in light of their strong worldwide growth in 2021 and even stronger plans to invest for international growth in the years ahead.

The needs of staff have been the paramount consideration in the construction of the new facility, and it includes high quality cafes and breakout areas, and a well-equipped private staff gym. 5G and advanced video conferencing facilities have been integrated throughout the building. This has been designed with R&D particularly in mind, so that Inovance’s engineers in Shenzhen can work seamlessly with their colleagues across all of Inovance’s global R&D hubs in Germany, Italy, India and South Korea, as well as with their colleagues in the company’s other main China R&D base in Suzhou.
