INTEC 2022, Coimbatore: meeting customers F2F after COVID, in partnership with our distributor Mechatronics Solutions

The 19th Annual Edition of Intec at Coimbatore followed the theme Global Manufacturing Cluster Vision 2030. The show was a huge success and we as Inovance India were privileged and delighted to be a part of it.

This year we participated alongside our Distributor M/s Mechatronics Solutions, and the joint approach certainly energized the atmosphere at our stand. Seeing customers face to face after the extended COVID gap was very exciting and refreshing, and we made a big impact at the show. During interactions with various customers who visited the stall, I felt that the impacts of COVID on business have almost faded away. Customers are now looking at a near-term high-energy future of growth and expansion.

Our main reason for participating in INTEC 2022 was to understand the developing needs of customers and potential customers, and to help our continuous improvement efforts in terms of sales, service, and technical support. A wide variety of Inovance’s industrial automation product portfolio was on display, including a range of AC drives, as well as the CP700 drive, our GP demo kits, the MS1 servo motor, the SV660N servo drive, the H3U PLC, the IT7000 HMI, and the Power Automation controller. All products were showcased alongside Mechatronics Solutions.

The best part of the expo was receiving lots of great feedback from visitors about Inovance's impressive growth and its strong presence in India, especially in the servo motion segment. Many customers appreciated how well Inovance India has handled the supply chain despite the semiconductor shortage. We also realized that the Inovance brand name is now very well-known, and has particularly become stronger in the industrial automation sector in India.

Having a complete product portfolio with local technical support and short lead-times is considered Inovance’s strength, and the market is looking to Inovance as the best alternative to the top brands. Overall, the expo was a great success and inspired us to do better in our business.
